Working Capital | Debt Refinance Product Overview

Loan Size: $30,000 to $350,000

Loan Term: 10-year term with no prepayment penalty

Loan Type: SBA 7(a)

Use of Proceeds:  

  • Working capital Proceeds
  • Debt refinance
  • New equipment purchase

Interest Rates:

  •  $30K to $49K Prime Rate plus 3.75% *
  • $50K to $350K Prime Rate plus 2.75%

Fees:

  • 4% referral and packaging fee **
  • Approximately $450 in bank closing costs ***
  • Loans above $150K require a 2.25% SBA guarantee fee

Time to Funding:

  • Pre-qualify in 5 minutes
  • Funding as soon as 7 days after application is complete

Payment:  

Monthly payments are debited from checking account

Security:

  • Blanket lien on business assets
  • Personal guarantee by all 20% owners

Lending Footprint:  All 50 U.S. States

Personal Credit Requirement:  Minimum 650 FICO for loans $30K to $350K

Public Records:

  •  No bankruptcy or foreclosures in past three years
  •  No outstanding collections
  • No open tax liens
  • No recent 30+ day late payments

Cash Flow Requirements:

  • Borrower must show sufficient business and personal cash flow to cover all debt payments
  • Illustrated by two years of filed tax returns, credit reports, and interim financial statements

SBA Criteria:

  • No felonies
  • No delinquencies and/or default on other government loans

Business Eligibility:

  • Borrowing entity must be located in the U.S.
  • Borrowing entity must be open to all on a non-discriminatory basis
  • Non-Profit businesses do not qualify for SBA lending
  • Business must be able to illustrate repayment ability from operational earnings
  • More than two years in business
  • Borrowing entity cannot be involved in lending, investing in real estate, religion, politics, gambling or sex industries
  • Principal Owner(s) must be U.S. citizen(s) or Lawful Permanent Residents

Use of Proceeds:

  • Working capital, e.g. payroll, inventory, marketing, finance receivables, bookkeeping and legal fees, hiring
  • Refinance existing business debt
  • New equipment purchase

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Product Overview

Loan Size: $500,000 to $5,000,000

Loan Type: SBA 7(a)

Loan Term:  

  • 25-year term
  • Amortized over 25 years
  • No prepayment penalty after 3 years

Prepayment Penalty Schedule:

  • Year 1=5%
  • Year 2=3%
  • Year 3=1%

Use of Proceeds:

Purchase or Refinance of Tenant Occupied Real Estate (Borrower must occupy > 50% of Leasable Area)

LTV (loan amount):

  • Up to 100% LTV if Tenant can prove Debt Service is less than current rent (Rent Replacement Option)
  • Up to 90% LTV on new property acquisitions

Interest Rates:

  • Prime Rate plus 1.5% – 2.75% *

Fees:

  • 1% referral and packaging fee **
  • 2.25% to 2.75% SBA guarantee fee

Time to Funding:

  • Pre-qualify in 5 minutes
  • Fully approval within 24 hours
  • Funding as fast as 30 days after application is complete

Payment: Monthly payments are debited from checking account

Security:

  • First lien on subject property
  • Best Available Lien on Business Assets
  • Personal guarantee

Lending Footprint:  All 50 U.S. States

Personal Credit Requirement:  Minimum 660 FICO

Public Records:

  • No bankruptcy or foreclosures in past three years
  • No outstanding collections
  • No open tax liens
  • No recent 30+ day late payments
